Seven Ponds-Table Mountain Traverse
Seven Ponds-Table Mountain Traverse is a day hike in the Nothern Aberdares, with the major goal being acclimation and building resilience. This hike starts at Mikeu Shopping Center and takes a right turn past the Aberdares Forest gate to the foot of Seven Ponds trail.
The hike goes up through the Seven Ponds trail to the summit and turns to Table Mountain. From here, we go down through the Table Mountain trail to Mikeu Shopping Center where the hike ends.
